Aequitas Investments IFSC Pvt. Ltd. is a boutique investment firm set up in Gujarat International Financial Tec-City (GIFT). It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Aequitas Investment Consultancy Private Limited (AICPL India), which is based in Mumbai, India. Aequitas Investments is a pioneer in the equity investment funds industry, generating returns significantly better than the market indices and industry peers.

Our Offshore Fund – Aequitas India Trust is an open-ended structure, registered with International Financial Services Centre Authority (IFSCA). We are a USD-denominated fund focused exclusively on directly investing in the Indian stock market. 

 

It is a long only Equity Fund providing investment opportunities for Professional Investors – Institutional Investors, Family Offices & UHNIs.

Aequitas group was founded in 2012 to break-free from the conventional ways of wealth generation for Investors.

Siddhartha Bhaiya, MD & CIO of Aequitas Investments, had 10 years+ experience in the AMC Industry prior to starting Aequitas. 

The journey began with an AUM of $1.8 million in 2013, and 11 years later in 2024, Aequitas group’s AUM stands tall at $650 million and growing, built organically without any distributorship and empanelment.
